PartyXplosion

PartyXplosion is a wholesaler, importer and exporter of carnival and party items. Our range includes (theme) clothing, make-up, decoration and a very wide range of accessories. With an extensive range of items, Scheepers is one of the largest and leading companies in the Netherlands in it’s field. Excellent customer service, high reliability, quality and competitive prices are highly valued by the many customers both domestically and internationally. The following product groups and themes can be found in our range:Carnival, Easter, Oktoberfest, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, events / festivals, birthday, anniversary, wedding and licensing products. We do not supply associations and individuals in the private sector. The items in this webshop are available in the (online) party stores in your area. Size Advice

Find products and order

General: If you're not a customer yet and/or your account has not yet been released in our systems, you have no access to place orders via our webshop and store. We do not sell to associations and individuals in the private sector.

Request account

You can request an account through our webshop. On the top right of the homepage you will find a button 'Sign up'. On this page you fill in all the details correctly and then click the 'Submit' button.Please note: All fields marked with * are required. You will receive an e-mail confirming your request. Within 1 to 3 days, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your account is activated. After that you can place orders in our webshop and visit our store.

Change your account

If you login, you can click the button "My Account" (top right of the page) to change your account. On this page there are several details that you can change, such as:

• Account information (paying method)
• Address Book (billing address and shipping address)
• Newsletters (subscribe / unsubscribe to the newsletter)
• My orders (overview of orders and status)
• Favourites (favourite items).

Find items

On our homepage you will find various banners. If you click on those banners, you will see all the items that fit that theme. On the bottom of the homepage you will find featured / new products. If you are looking for a specific item or want to view certain categories, you can search in several way:

• Via the menu with product categories. If you click one of these categories, you can then set more filters on the left side of the page, such as price, new / sale, themes etc.
• Using the search bar: You can search for text or an item number. You can then set filters on the left side of the page to tailor the results to your needs.
• If you want to order an item quickly, you can also use the button "Order directly" right on top of the page. Here you enter the (5 or 12 digits) item number and you can add this item directly to your basket.

Placing an item in the shopping cart

To order an item, enter the quantity and click the button "Add to cart". You will see a notification that the item has been added to your shopping cart. In our shop, the stock is displayed as accurately as possible. If an item is not in stock, a button "Contact us" will appear. If the stock doesn't reach your quantity, you will receive a notification with the quantity available. If you want to view your cart or modify it, click the 'Cart' button (top right of the page) and click "View All". Here you can still adjust quantities or remove items, and then click the button 'Update shopping cart' to make the adjustments.

Place an order

You can complete your order by going to your shopping cart and click the "Proceed to Checkout 'button.If this button is not visible, please use the button "Update shopping cart" and check the items in your cart. There will appear an error message with one or more items and each of those item should be removed from your cart. Then click again on 'Update shopping cart'. After that, the 'Proceed to Checkout' button will be visible and you can complete your order. Then read the information carefully, choose the correct billing and shipping address and add comments if needed. Then click "Place Order".

Confirmation and order status

When completing your order you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order. To download this confirmation in PDF format or to print the confirmation, you must go to "My Account" on the webshop and then click on 'My orders'.

Deliveries and Payments

Delivery

The delivery by our logistics partner will normally be within 3 working days after placing the order and completing the payment. For shipments outside the Netherlands the delivery times usually are different. Our logistics partner delivers from Monday to Friday. With many providers you pay a fee for insured shipping. With us, all shipments are insured at no extra cost. For orders over € 300,- your order is sent free of shipping costs within the Netherlands. For other orders you will find the shipping costs in the shipping table.

Payment options

When applying for your account, you selected a payment method and this will be used with every order. You can change the payment method via 'My Account' at the webshop. Below are all the payment options for paying your orders. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to: sales@partyxplosion.com.

Bank transfer (pre-payment)

You'll receive a confirmation after placing your order, containing all necessary information concerning the bank transfer. Please mention your customer number and order number in your payment. Upon receipt of your payment we will send your order.

Cash (only pick-up from store)

It’s also possible to pick up your order in our store in Sevenum. Before you pick up the order with us, please note the following points:

• Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00h. Please check our special opening hours on the ‘Contact’ page
• You will pay by PIN or EC-cash (max. €1.500,-)
• You’ve received notice from us, that your order is ready to pick up at our store at that time.

PayPal

You'll receive a confirmation after placing your order, containing all necessary information concerning the PayPal payment. Upon receipt of your payment we will send your order.

Returns

Please always contact us when you have returns. Returns without prior consultation will be refused.
